Diner Policy
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, and hold a TheHungryPanther account to order. Delivery is available across the United States wherever approved restaurants and drivers operate, daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM Eastern Time.
Orders & payment
Prices, delivery fees and taxes are shown before checkout. During busy times (all hours except weekdays 2:00–5:00 PM Eastern) the delivery fee is 1.5× the base rate; the full delivery fee goes to the driver. Payment is taken securely online through Stripe. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order in My Orders before a driver picks it up. Refunds are not automatic — contact Diner Support and each request is reviewed. Orders cannot be cancelled after pickup.
Allergies & dietary needs
Menu details and AI suggestions come from restaurants and may be incomplete. If you have a serious allergy, confirm ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering.
Delivery
Provide an accurate address and be reachable. Drivers photograph each delivery as proof. If an order is missing or wrong, report it to Diner Support within 24 hours.
Conduct
Treat drivers and restaurant staff with respect. Abuse, harassment, fraud or chargeback misuse may lead to account suspension.
