Riders and drivers must have unobstructed faces in application photos and during pickup identification. Remove face masks or coverings for these checks. Hijabs and other head coverings may remain if they leave the face visible. Apply the same identification standard to everyone; do not board until identities can be matched. These are human checks, not automatic face verification.

Submit your face photo and government-issued photo ID before requesting a ride. Declare the total number of passengers, including yourself. Every additional passenger must submit their own rider application and give you their rider reference with consent. Everyone must present photo ID at pickup. Compare the assigned driver’s face, driver ID and vehicle plate. Do not board a different vehicle or ride with an unidentified driver.

Test mode only: no live transport or real charges. Drivers set quoted fares. You may cancel before pickup. If more passengers arrive than declared, the driver must refuse pickup and the full quoted test fare is charged once to your saved test debit card. If declined or missing, it remains due for checkout. Already-paid fares are retained, never charged twice. Pickup and final destination must match the booking.

Wear a seat belt, follow lawful instructions and do not harass or threaten others. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The app is not an emergency service.

Your face photo and name are available to your assigned driver during an active trip. Government ID and home address are private to you and authorized regional reviewers. Document receipt alone is not identity verification.
