Separate from delivery
Ordinary listings remain free. Advertising purchases visibility only and does not grant delivery-partner approval, alter order handling or enable ordering for an unapproved restaurant. Delivery partnership terms are separate.
Review and permission
An authorised restaurant representative must provide accurate business details, the advertising area and permission to use every photo, logo and offer. We review content and local space availability before accepting an advertisement. Misleading, unlawful or discriminatory content is not permitted.
Placement and reporting
Paid placements are labelled Sponsored or Advertisement and rotate within the agreed local area. Sponsorship space is limited and confirmed in writing; exclusivity is not included unless expressly agreed. Reports provide aggregate advertisement displays, profile views and clicks once campaigns are running. Orders, sales, customers and exposure volumes are not guaranteed.
Price, activation and renewal
Prices are in US dollars per month. Any applicable tax must be disclosed before payment. No advertising payment or automatic renewal is collected during pre-launch requests. Before billing begins, we confirm the approved content, area, start date, monthly total and cancellation instructions. Paid service starts only after approval and successful payment; monthly renewal requires explicit authorisation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through Merchant Support before the next renewal to stop future charges. Approved placements continue to the end of the paid period unless removed for a policy violation. Partial-month refunds are not normally offered except as required by law. If we cannot provide an agreed placement, we offer a replacement with your consent or a proportionate refund for the undelivered service. Statutory rights are preserved.
Offers and privacy
Restaurants are responsible for offer dates, prices, exclusions, availability and honouring published offers. Customer names, emails, phone numbers and private records are not supplied to advertisers. Advertising enquiries are used to review and respond to the request, not to subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Changes and contact
Material changes to prices or terms are communicated before renewal and require acceptance where applicable. Contact Merchant Support for corrections, cancellation or complaints. These terms should receive legal review before paid operations begin.
