Birthday rewards

Birthdays are the one day we plan around. Here is exactly what TheHungryPanther does for diners, drivers and restaurant partners — and what the card you see really is.
For diners
- Add your birthday (month and day only — no birth year) in your diner account and opt in.
- One free delivery on your birthday each year once you qualify.
- Qualify with at least 10 paid completed USD food orders totaling $300 in food subtotal during the last completed calendar quarter before your birthday.
- Delivery fees, taxes, tips, cancelled orders and demo orders do not count toward that total.
- A $10 birthday gift card from us may follow — every card is approved by our team before anything is issued.
For drivers
- Add your birthday in your driver account and opt in.
- Qualify for a $10 birthday gift card with at least 50 paid completed food deliveries in the last completed calendar quarter before your birthday.
- Cancelled deliveries and demo deliveries do not count.
- One gift per year, and our team approves each one.
- Delivery fees and tips are never reduced to pay for a birthday gift.
For restaurant partners
- Partners who opt in receive a thank-you message from us.
- Any gift for a partner is approved by our team individually.
- Merchant appreciation never changes your commission, your menu or your payouts.
For our team
- Team birthdays are marked so the office can greet you.
- Staff reward targets are not yet approved; any gift is decided case by case.
About the card you see
- It is concept artwork for a future thank-you card, not a working gift card.
- It holds no stored value, no activation code and no cash value, and it cannot be bought or redeemed on this site.
- A gift-card issuer has not been chosen yet. When one is, the card and its redemption terms will be published here first.
- The artwork is free to download from our marketing kit for print and design use.
How to opt in, or out
Your birthday is optional and is stored only to celebrate you — we keep the month and day, never the year. Turn it on or off at any time in the “Birthdays & appreciation” section of your account. Subscribing to launch news is separate and does not opt you into birthday rewards.
Rewards depend on your account meeting the rules above and on our team’s approval; they are not guaranteed, cannot be exchanged for cash, and driver fees and tips are always paid in full.
